Focus IT is able to deliver to its customers the full spectrum of Information Technology services covering Operational Support, System Development and Hardware Infrastructure. To keep our rates to a minimum we have split the business into two areas: -
Full time staff are dedicated to delivering their core areas of expertise in the fields of IT Support (ITIL Certified), Business Intelligence (Crystal Trained) and Business Analysis (ISEB Trained). Retained IT professionals who are long time trusted colleagues of the directors are available as and when required to deliver bespoke and one off projects. These professionals are permanently employed with other companies so while their skills may only be needed occasionally, they are always up to date with the latest technologies.
This means that your day to day IT operational needs are covered by the full time employees of Focus IT. If and when those vital projects crop up like new hardware requirements or bespoke development then we call on the services of our own retained professionals. This keeps our operational costs low as we are not covering salaries of under utilised staff, which in turn means we can offer you as our customer extremely competitive rates.
