Crystal Reports is ideal for small and growing businesses as it scales with you. The basic report designer is relatively inexpensive and can run alone on a PC without requiring any specialist server technologies. It can extract and summarise information from virtually any data source including SQL Server, Access, Excel, Outlook, Oracle, Progress etc.. When your business grows and your portfolio of reports is too large to manage manually or needs scheduled to run overnight then we can introduce you to Crystal Server which will automate the running of all your reports and even provide you with a baseline company intranet.
