Pay as You Go
Focus IT aims to ensure that you only pay for the services you use. Therefore with the exception of a monthly retainer fee to guarantee our availability we do not impose any management or subscription charges. Even then, the retainer fee is reimbursed in full against the services you receive.
We have two contracted-in packages depending on your business needs: -
Basic Package - Retained Day(s) no Support
- A fixed retainer charge per retained day with a minimum committment of one day per calendar month. This guarantees we will be available to deliver services to you for the number of days you have retained each month.
- When you use your retained days, a very competitive day rate is applied to the retainer charge.
- Days must be booked two working days in advance and taken in full on the booked day.
- If you require extra time on top of your retainer, an hourly rate and call charge will apply.
- If you dont use your retainer days, you pay nothing other than the fixed retainer charge.
- Expenses, hardware and 3rd party software are supplied at cost.
Extended Package - Retained Day(s) with Support
- A fixed retainer charge per retained day with a minimum committment of three days per calendar month. This guarantees we will be available to deliver services for the number of days you have retained each month.
- When you use your retained days, a very competitive day rate is applied to the retainer charge.
- Days can be split into units of no less than 0.5 hours and delivered as a Support service over a number of days within the same calendar month.
- If you require extra time on top of your retainer, an hourly rate will apply.
- A call charge will only be applied if service is delivered on site for an unbooked or unretained day. There is no additional call charge for services delivered remotely, e.g. VPN.
- If you don't use your retainer days, you pay nothing other than the fixed retainer charge.
- Expenses, hardware and 3rd party software are supplied at cost.
Signing up to either of our packages brings the added benfits of a rolling early payment discount scheme and a Service Level Agreement.
Bespoke Services
We understand that contracting-in may not be right if your business just needs help with a one off project or has the very occassional support issue. Therefore, we are also happy to quote on a case by case basis for any bespoke projects your business requires.
